My personal style of massage, which I have created from years of hands-on training, education, receiving bodywork myself, and working with clients, may be quite different then what you have experienced before. During your massage your limbs will be moved and stretched, you will be pampered with the use of hot towels, and soothed into oblivion with relaxing music. I often use Warm Bamboo Sticks, Hot Stones & Myofascial Cupping. I have created a massage experience unlike any other.
60 minute session.
A focused 60-minute massage tailored to address one or two specific pain areas. Using a blend of targeted techniques and gentle stretching, this session hones in on tension and discomfort. Warm bamboo or hot stones can be incorporated to deepen the relief and promote circulation, while precision tools like myofascial cupping help release stubborn adhesions. The goal is to locate and alleviate pain, restore mobility, and leave you feeling balanced and rejuvenated.
90 minute session
Smooth Basalt Stones and Bamboo Sticks are heated and used on the full body during your customized massage session. The added warmth allows for deeper penetration into the muscles, enhances relaxation, and helps to release tension and knots more effectively. Additionally, the heat aids in improving circulation, which can speed up the healing process and reduce muscle soreness
The "Glamper" is the ultimate 2-hour massage experience, taking your relaxation and recovery to the next level. This extended session allows for a full-body massage with ample time to focus on specific tension areas, using a customized blend of techniques and enhancement elevate the experience, soothing muscles and improving circulation. Perfect for those seeking the best value, the "Glamper" provides unmatched care, leaving you deeply relaxed, refreshed, and ready to take on anything.

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting person. As recommended by many OB's, Midwives and Chiropractors, I use the side-lying posture and pillows to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen which allows the client to be as comfortable as possible. I have over 400 hours of hands on care in this modality as well as specific training.

Quick Focus Sessions working on only 1-2 areas of the body. Great for people with limited time (lunch break) and anyone who just needs a quick tune up. Treatment for headaches, post workout discomfort, neck relief, post surgical scar softening, etc.
Focus Sessions work on 1- 2 areas of the body, with added time to address adjoining tissues. See above.
Same amazing massage with some added Zing!
Envelope yourself in a creamy indulgent cocoa butter wrap. The session starts with dry brushing to remove any dead skin, followed by a decedent cocoa butter cream application. You'll be swaddled in a heat blanket and relaxed with a luxurious head and scalp massage. Once you have been thoroughly warmed, the cocoa butter will be massaged into your skin, any excess wiped off with a warm towel.
